Deposits & Retainers
All appointments require a non-refundable booking payment to secure your date and time. Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit has been submitted in full.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment, an added fee, or a required reschedule depending on the delay and schedule availability.
Rescheduling
All rescheduling requests must follow the booking policy outlined at checkout or within your service agreement. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Cancellations
All booking payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may affect future booking eligibility.
Guests & Children
Only the client being serviced is permitted to attend the appointment unless prior approval has been granted.
Appointment Readiness
Clients are expected to arrive with clean, product-free hair unless otherwise specified. Failure to arrive prepared may result in a modified service or additional fee.
Same-Day Bookings
Same-day availability is limited and not guaranteed. Advance booking is strongly recommended.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of purchase confirmation, not including weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after processing. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Ready to Ship vs. Pre-Order
Ready-to-ship units ship within the standard processing window. Pre-order units include a turnaround time of 14-20 business working days.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Weave Concierge is not responsible for packages lost or stolen once marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

All appointments must be booked in advance. Same-day availability is limited and not guaranteed. Your appointment is only confirmed once all required booking steps have been completed, including full submission of the required deposit or retainer. Weave Concierge reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.
All services require a non-refundable deposit or retainer to secure your appointment date and time. This payment is applied toward your total service balance. Full payment is due at or before the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Weave Concierge accepts payment through the methods listed at checkout.
All deposits and retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations initiated by the client. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made without adequate notice may affect your eligibility to rebook. Refunds are not offered on completed services.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in accordance with the booking policy provided at checkout or within your service agreement. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Deposits are not transferable beyond a single reschedule unless otherwise approved.

All custom wig orders are made to order and are final sale. Orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun. By submitting a custom wig inquiry and completing payment, you acknowledge and accept the specifications confirmed during the inquiry process. Weave Concierge is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
Bridal dates are secured only after all required booking steps and payments have been completed. Bridal retainers are non-refundable. Appointment hours for bridal services may vary based on the scope of the event and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Travel fees, if applicable, will be communicated and agreed upon prior to confirmation.
All sales on physical products, including ready-to-ship wigs, bundles, and lace, are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of hair products. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weave Concierge is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed to the carrier and marked as delivered.
Individual results may vary based on hair type, lifestyle, aftercare, and maintenance habits. Weave Concierge does not guarantee specific outcomes. Clients are responsible for following any aftercare instructions provided. Weave Concierge is not liable for damage resulting from improper aftercare, failure to follow pre-appointment instructions, or pre-existing hair or scalp conditions.
Weave Concierge reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at any time for reasons including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, failure to comply with policies, or health and safety concerns.
Weave Concierge reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
